In order to produce a good wine, we must definitely talk about “Terroir”.

“The environmental conditions, especially soil and climate, in which grapes are grown and that give a wine its unique flavor and aroma”.
But in order to complete the definition of terroir we must add a third factor, human being.
It is the vine grower who interprets the nature conditions and carries on the work before we can enjoy a bottle of wine.
